How?

To facilitate more community engagement for Tickets for Good, Tech Canal strategically focused on increasing interactions with Midlands' healthcare providers. This was through planned social media campaigns, influencer marketing and in-person meetings.

This new approach to generating more sign-ups in the NHS was designed to be impactful, blending the tactic of activating key relationships and co-branded social media presence.

Outcome

Through strategic planning, Tech Canal implemented community strategies to increase the number of NHS sign-ups on the Tickets for Good platform. Since August 2022, Tech Canal has introduced new avenues for community engagement, including; influencers, social media posts, and in-person meetings to onboard NHS employees. 

These campaigns generated over 17,380 Midlands-based sign-ups to their platform, facilitated through more than twenty-five in-person meetings, and averaged a 33% increase collectively across eight Trusts within the Midlands.

The campaigns implemented for Tickets for Good accelerated their offerings to senior leaders within the NHS. This resulted in multiple Midlands-based Trusts rolling out the online platform to their staff members, creating a now-established network of users for the range of services that Tickets for Good offers.
