How?
Through the expertise of the Tech Canal team, Tech Canal and First Steps ED collaborated to create a co-branded marketing campaign to acknowledge and promote First Steps ED's services on social media and beyond.
Additionally, in order to engage with the health and care market, Tech Canal introduced First Steps ED to multiple key stakeholders within the NHS per month to discuss opportunities for service implementation.
Outcome
The partnership between Tech Canal and First Steps ED was highly successful, leading to positive social media engagement and significant progress in branding development. One of the key areas of focus was content creation to effectively showcase the positive impact of First Steps ED's services. This included producing video footage that was directed, filmed, and edited to develop a video-led social media concept. This content has helped raise awareness of First Steps ED's offerings and engage with potential clients in a more interactive and visually compelling way.
In addition to the successful branding and social media efforts, the partnership has also yielded tangible results in terms of business development. Specifically, Tech Canal has facilitated over fifteen introductions between First Steps ED and key stakeholders within the NHS. These introductions have allowed First Steps ED to develop its relationships with these organisations and ultimately offer services to a wider range of individuals and groups.
