How?
The solution devised by Tech Canal was to introduce senior key opinion leaders to help drive sales revenue in the NHS.
Alongside this, Tech Canal would enhance Capita’s current brand and product awareness throughout the healthcare industry by positioning them as leaders in the market.
This was achieved by utilising our network to reach the right introductions within NHS organisations, endeavouring to position Captia as the pre-eminent provider of process solutions.
Outcome
Tech Canal identified five sites with potential for significant growth through a thorough analysis of Capita's pipeline. Leveraging our expertise and industry insights, we facilitated twelve individual introductions to connect Capita with key stakeholders across various industries. This strategic networking approach helped expand their client base and increased their visibility in the market.
Due to our extensive relationship with Urgent Health UK, we were able to increase Capita's network, allowing them to expand their offerings and provide a broader range of services to new clients.
Within four months, Tech Canal hosted three collaborative workshops designed to showcase Capita's products and services while providing opportunities to network with potential clients and industry leaders.
Overall, our partnership with Capita has resulted in significant growth and success, and we are proud to have played a key role in their Service Acceleration.
